Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Bucharest is a strong supporter of the LIFE Lynx project. On the occasion of the Statehood Day of the Republic of Slovenia, His Excellency Ambassador Mihael Zupančič hosted a reception at Hilton Athenee Palace in Bucharest. His Excellency Ambassador in his speech mentioned the LIFE Lynx project as an example of good cooperation between Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Slovakia and Romania developed for saving the Dinaric lynx population. He acknowledged the support offered by the Romanian Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Forest and Water, Romsilva and private game managers.
