Forests are home to about 80% of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity. The Eurasian lynx is a keystone species, with a big impact on biodiversity by controlling the dominance of other species. Without lynx, our forest would not be the same. With efforts to reinforce the Dinaric-SE Alpine lynx population, we are keeping a balance in the Dinaric forests.
