In November, our film Together for Lynx was also brought to Ilirska Bistrica, where we joined forces with the local Municipality and Dragotin Kette Primary School to organise a film event with a school play.
Dragica Jaksetič from Ilirska Bistrica Municipality welcomed participants of the event.
First we watched two short films made by Dragotin Kette Primary School’s Young Lynx Guardians . They filmed different forest animals with the LIFE Lynx camera traps, which they then compiled into likeable videos:
“Who’s afraid of photo traps?” (SI)
The stage came alive as the pupils performed a chapter from the book “Larky lynx”, written by Boštjan Gorenc Pižama in cooperation with the project. Their performance beautifully depicted a chapter featuring the adventures of the young lynx kitten Tisa and her little brother Bor, all under the watchful eye of their mother, Jelka.
