Join us for a social ride with Biologist Žan Kuralt and ultra endurance athlete Max Riese and learn about the Lynx Trail Bikepacking Route.

As gravgrav.cc together with I-RIS.cc and LIFE Lynx we launched the first educational bikepacking route “The Lynx Trail” through Slovenia and Croatia. A 3 to 4 day route starting at the DINA Pivka museum in Pivka, Slovenia leading you through two National Parks to Rijeka, Croatia at the Adriatic Sea. On the way you will learn about large carnivores and why they are important to our ecosystem.

Žan Kuralt, member of the LIFE Lynx team from the University of Ljubljana will join us for a talk and social ride from Loose Cycles in the heart of the city. We will guide you to the south of Lubljana and will try and find traces of the lynx that live there with the help of Žan. Afterwards you will have time to ask questions and we will screen a short film from LIFE Lynx – Together for Lynx.
