This year we also responded to the invitation to the scouts festival called “Taborniški feštival”, which took place on Saturday, April 23. At the stand “How fierce is the lynx?” we presented the LIFE Lynx project, the biology of the lynx and monitoring of lynx.

Young visitors could make plaster casts of large carnivore tracks, try themselves at lynx photo-identification, weigh a lynx telemetry collar and compare the feel of the large carnivores’ fur by touch.
