LIFE Lynx at the Biodiversity Conference in Rome

On 28 September 2018 the Progetto Lince Italia was invited to present the lynx conservation actions and the LIFE Lynx project at the Biodiversity Conference in Rome that was organized by Carabinieri Forestali.  The audience was made up of students of elementary, middle and high schools, students of the Carabinieri officers school, representatives of the major Italian environmental organizations and the press. More than 250 people were present. With the support of attractive images, we presented the work we are doing to preserve the Eurasian lynx in Central Europe. The public was very interested and the Progetto Lince Italia was awarded for its work.
