Lynx Goru arrived in Slovenia on April 26th and is currently adjusting to his new environment in quarantine enclosure in Loški Potok. He is taken care of by local hunters, veterinary and Slovenian LIFE Lynx project team. With this method of release ( so called “soft release”) we will reduce the chances that lynx will move away from the release site after the period spent in the release enclosure and allow lynx to become comfortable in his new environment.
