On February 13th LIFE Lynx project team from Slovenia had their first meeting with hunters. The meeting took place in Gorenjska region – lynx »stepping stone« area and was intended for hunters from three different hunting clubs in this area. Project partners presented some general knowledge about the lynx and about project activities. The hunters were very interested in presentations and some interesting debate was risen afterwards. This area is potentially suitable as lynx release site, so project team is looking forward to collaborate with these hunters in the future.
