SUMMARY:The reintroduction of the lynx to the SE Alps
DESCRIPTION:The Eurasian lynx \, the largest feline in Europe\, will be at the center of the second event of “Encounters at the Museum to talk about fauna”. On Wednesday\, February 2 2022\, at 20.45 at MUSE ( link to register) and live on Facebook \, Miha Krofel \, researcher at the University of Ljubljana\, will present the progress of  the LIFE Lynx\, a European project that works to prevent extinction and strengthen lynx in the Dinaric Mountains and in the southeastern Alps. The lecture will be held in English with translation to Italian.
